As a Senior Banking Professional, I worked on multiple BUS and ICT projects, programs, portfolios throughout my career. These projects and programs helped me gain valuable experience in the Banking Industry. Strategic MC Program

Senior Project Manager at Central PMO - Hungary

Time: multi-year, Staff: 60-70 member

Budget 2,2 million eur

Scope: Under Bank Secrecy - TOP Priority

Successfully managed to plan and prioritize the Business Scope, Architecture Design, Go-to-Market Plan, Business Case over all Banking Divisions, Planned waterfall and Incremental timeline versions, and resource allocation in order to reach the 2nd quality gate for Execution. Best practice preparation for Group competitiveness.

Round to HUF Project

Senior Project Manager at Central PMO - Hungary

Time: 1,5 year, Budget: 1,25 million eur, Scope: Under Bank Secrecy, TOP Priority

 

I handed over from an earlier suspension. I have successfully Planned, aligned and initiated with a new scope. Managed to have cross-financed over different Legal Entities in the Group. Staff: 50 member, with C-level and Board oversight.

PSD2 Project

Senior Project Manager at Central PMO - Hungary

Time: 1year Budget: 200k eur

Scope: Under Bank Secrecy

Successfully delivered this Project IN-TIME and IN-BUDGET with hybrid methodology in 2025. Staff: 18 member

 

This initiative is an innovative PSD2 solution for the HU Subsidiary of KBC Group. The solution is a great help to push bank switch for prospects, with an ever learning dynamic algorithm.

SME Account opening redesign Project

Senior Project Manager at Innovation - Hungary

Time: 6 months

Budget: 150k eur

Successfully delivered this Project for HU K&H Bank. Used waterfall methodology here, because the scope was fix. I planned the needed competencies and had full budget responsibility. We delivered faster and cheaper than expected, with weekly monitoring of EVM, SPI and CPI metrics in 2025. Staff:18 member

​

As a business result we have optimized the SME Account opening process with 32%, so user is able to finish the process with less time consumed and prospect is able to go through the process with 30% less clicks - reducing churn and doubling conversion rate.

We saved 3% of Project Budget allocated at Closure. Delivered also quality CRs and UX improvements for additional Customer Value.

IT Project Portfolio

Lead Project Portfolio Manager for CEE - Hungary

In this role I worked on IT Project Portfolio related to the PMO as Lead Portfolio Manager. My main responsibilities were to synchronize the Complex Projects with regular interviews to generate regular reports, to have better ICT Architectural decisions in 2024.

 

Conducted CEE Group Project implementation analysis to showcase the Group Roll-out situation for Executive Board. Worked on HU and International Project Management methodology improvements and its administration to Group Rules.

 

Initiated and planned  the QBR capacity standardization program for the 4 biggest subsidiary. Managed phase gating on the Portfolio and prepare projects for initiation with close collaboration with internal departments. Conducted regular portfolio performance reports to ESCs and for HU National Bank.

Remote Collaboration Tool Implementation Program

CRM Service Leader for CEE Group - Austria

In my role as CRM Service Leader, I worked on a Program that involved implementing the new Remote Collaboration Platform for 11 CEE Network Banks. conducted regulatory, ICT, compliance, and business assessments in 2023.

 

My responsibilities included managing the scope and timeline with Group PO, stakeholder management and Network Banks communication, negotiating with Subsidiary C-level stakeholders with ROI assessments, and ensuring that the Program was reaching the agreed milestones in a compliant way. 

Parallel analyzed and started the decommission of obsolete platforms on Group level - with 11 CEE Network Banks. 

​

Managed, organized, and participated in Group workshops, conducted regular meetings in 11 different Countries personally to support and facilitate the new collaborative strategy.

Senior Project Manager - Hungary

Another projects which I worked on parallel, involved improving the risk management strategy and data strategy for HU UniCredit Bank. These projects required me to work closely with Compliance and Risk management teams as well as with external consultants in 2022.

In SME MB Project I managed to implement the new MB application for additional segments of Retail Banking. 

Conducted weekly reports, documentation, facilitation, problem solving and stakeholder management with Executive presence.

Mobile PO - Hungary

Project Manager for CEE - Italy

I also had the opportunity to work on Mobile First projects that involved expanding the bank's new digital channels for Retail Clients in 2017. This project required me as PO to maximize the value of business functionalities, develop business cases, to lead SIT, UAT,  and work with local and HQ partners to establish the bank's very successful new digital channels.

As CEE Project Coordinator at Head Quarters in Milan/Italy we managed the full internal Program, from Roadmap Planning, via engagement, acquisition, monetization, business analysis, UI/UX design, loyalty programs platform integrations, backlog and decommissioning prioritization. I collaborated with other Group governing corporate bodies and with Central and Eastern European Subsidiaries - 11 Countries until 2022. Budget: 4 million eur

Over these 5 years, we have been awarded with many Innovation and Quality Awards for these mobile applications in Europe, because of our successful collaboration and satisfied client feedbacks, and ESG priorities.

Startup: "neszorakozz.hu" Digital Project

IT Project Manager & Co-owner - Hungary

Scope: aggregator website and IOS mobile app development  for Hospitality Industry in 2009.

Project budget: 15 k euro

Timeline: 3 yrs

​

Classic hybrid project delivery with 4 team members. Results: 15k downloads in 3 months, main functionalities were: GPS based geo location finder, best feature was program-offers via Push Notifications, web page integration for automated self service, and augmented reality features.  â€‹
